kay after a long 2 nights with my youngest son having only had an hour of sleep in two days, we had to go to the hospital last night.. Both my babies started running a fever of 102... Come to find out they have strep throat, they are so sick i feel so bad.. we got back home at like 4 this morning and it took forever for them to fall asleep...I've stayed up to try and clean everything in attempt to maybe not spread the germs around... It's so sad though they both keep crying and i know they feel yucky strep throat sucks...

  | Posted Sep 14th, 2009 at 10:09AM my kid had the same thing. She actually had it a couple of monthes ago and it was aweful. She had it a couple of weeks ago and it passed quickly. It will get better   |

 | Posted Sep 15th, 2009 at 8:13AM I will pray for your children for a fast recovery. You're right strep throat is no joke. Not to sound heartless, but I just thought of something that happened to me hopefully it will make you smile a little bit, please read on. I really thought I worked hard until I took care of my sons (3 & 4) for 2 whole days! Whoopy-do, right? This was quite some time ago, but I do remember that it was the hardest thing imaginable. Especially just jumping in there like I did all kind of over confident! (I am sure you would have laughed at that juncture!) "Oh! I can do this, honey! How hard can it be, right!?" I bragged to her as she was leaving. Now I know why she was smiling ear to ear! Oh God, the morning rush on school days...that was sheer madness! I have all the respect in the world for you kiddo & all moms! And again, I sincerely hop your young ones are feeling better soon! |
Feeling loved | Posted Sep 15th, 2009 at 8:27AM well thank you and you did put a smile on my face with that one... I think stay at home moms are under appreciated sometimes and over worked... Its like i tell the hubby you get to leave and go to work, i never get to punch the clock and go home and relax, because making my home is my work....I love it and wouldnt change it for anything in the world. but im glad that their are men who do understand how hard it is to be a full time mother.. kudos to you for that.:)... |
