Nurse In Our Room.
I was in the U.S. Army and in 2000 I was in Germany and we did a mission to Poland for training. We staid in barracks on a compound with the Polish Military. One day, after my duties were completed, I went up to my cot to relax for a few minutes. I was alone in the room. I was taking off my boots when out of the corner of my eye I saw a woman. She was wearing a long navy blue dress with a white apron. She had her hands clasped in front of her and a secretive smile on her face. I wasn't afraid and she didn't seem threatening in any way. When I looked up, there was nothing there. The next day I asked some questions about our rooms. It turns out that in WWII this base was a Polish military hospital and when I described the woman I saw, I was told that she was wearing the nurses uniform. No one else saw it, but I know what I saw. And I felt safe knowing that the spirits that were there were good and worked to help people way back when.
