I A Wife

Not Sure What to Do?

Well let's see this is hard to talk about. I have been with my husband for 16 years, we have 2 beautiful children. We have had our up's and down's and have somehow managed to stay together through all of them. But recently I read e-mail's of his and found out he has been talking to another woman and has taken her to dinner and sent her flower.That all I know about what has gone on he say's that is all that has happened and so does she. He say's he used this other woman as an eyeopener for me but I believe there was other reason's for it and I just don't know where to go from here. Any advice??

    Yes- seek out professional advice such as psychologist. I personally think you should go alone to start with so "his" stuff doesn't get in the way of yours. Sometimes hope makes us do things when a professional outsider can see what's truly going on to start with. I'm not saying his is doing wrong, but if he is, having an outsider, not just a friend, can put the mess in order, & more understandable. They are tained in human emotions, and when our emotions become involved, sometimes they over take reason. Good luck!
