Lost Child Anyone?

I knew I was in trouble years ago when Borders started adding coffee shops inside - two of my favorite addictions in one place.  I've been known to spend a few hours lost in bookstores.

My family was Christmas shopping years ago at the local mall and I got separated from my parents.  (I didn't realize they had moved on to another store, and I apparently wasn't missed.)  They found me sitting in the corner of Crown Books reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.  Apparently mall security had been called and they even broke out the dogs; I remember that television movie about Adam Walsh had come out that year.  Nowadays, I can disappear without notice.

I got hugged in the store and spanked at home.  But I still got the book for Christmas.  :-)

Funny story. I'm addicted too...books and coffee.

No. I didn't make any comment. Not me. Must have been my evil twin.

Of course! I'll take a spanking in exchange for books any day.<br />
