Sometimes you have to be true to you; therefore you are true to all others; or at least should be or you then are not being true to you.

For some, not taking responsibility for their actions means not admitting to the actions in the first place. Then someone else does end up dealing with it. I have some experience with being the one left dealing...

Not necessarily true... But, maybe true to you...<br />

And, yes, I do believe in taking responsibility for my own actions. If I don't, someone else may have to... and that's just wrong. That, I believe, is what you meant.
