Finding It Hard to Resist Temptation

ell, a woman from work that I have known for over a year has invited me to lunch. I know I shouldn't go, but things at home haven't changed and I just sort of gave in to the idea! This woman at work is very nice and has hinted that she can tell I am unhappy. I know where it's going but my hormones won't let me put a stop to it. I admit that it feels wonderful to have that spark again. I haven't felt like this in years. I only hope I can control myself when the real trouble starts!

  | Posted Feb 20th, 2008 at 12:57PM You know what the right thing to do is. Telling yourself it's harmless; just lunch while all the while knowing exactly where it leads and hoping (you're not really hoping this if you're honest with yourself) you'll control yourself is a recipe for trouble.   |
