In the past Larry Flynt has advertised that he will give one million dollars to anyone who can come forward with valid evidence to show that politicians are involved in some sort of sex scandal. In his previous attempts, people have come forward, which forced corrupt politicians to step down from office. His new target is Rick Perry.
