Absolutely. People who go into fostering and adoption are the most increadibly patient and understanding people.
To be able to cope with your own fears and troubles is one thing. But to take in a youngster who is so often still so angry at whatever lead them to this position. So frustrated at not being able to express exactly how they feel without making their explanation sound horrifically personal.
To sit and take all manner of insult and occasionally violence from the youngster they are trying to care for.
To take all that and have to deal with schools, social workers, doctors, any number of 'ologists! Etc.
Yeah. They are worthy of your admiration!!
