I Find It Challenging

I admire people who can keep calm when someone is extremely angry or upset with them. I don't know how they do it. I would love to have more control over my emotions like that. I can keep my calm and not panic when somebody tells me I could have permanent physical damage, but I can't keep calm when someone is angry/upset with me. I hope that one day I can keep my calm in all stressful situations.

I think the easiest way to keep calm is not to over think the situation. Just take a big breath and think "everything will be okay" then deal with the situation.

I have trouble keeping calm too. I start shaking and feeling intimidated and the person who is angry seems to ge the upper hand and makes me feel worse. Wish I had a calming personality something to work on
