My Ear's Falling Off!?!!?!?!?!

I got my industrial piercing done back in January of this year. A few minutes agoi scratched my ear and found that there was some sort of liquid coming out. I thought maybe it was just a little discharge/pus because I've irritated it recently but it turned out to be so much more. I went to the bathroom and got some q-tips to clean it up and I ended up tearing off this little bumb on the inner side of the one hole. It didn't hurt or anything when it 'tore' but it freaked me out because I felt like I was tearing the hole/my ear open. I'm sure anyone reading this is going to thing I'm crazy or whatever but I'm terrified that my ear is going to rip where the piercing is and I'll loose it and have to have surgery to fix my ear.
