I Recently Found A New Appreciation For It

After finding out I am allergic to gluten and can no longer eat cake or bread products, cheesecake has become my go-to dessert (if I use gluten-free graham cracker crust, it doesn't bother my allergies). I never really liked it til recently, but now I think it's amazing!!! My favorite is strawberry swirl. ^_^

A new appreciation? I'm pretty sure cheesecake is like the ambrosia of... desserts.

I never liked it before I was given no choice. lol
