Crunchy

When I first began cooking, I was told sometimes my food would be a bit crunchy cause of too much salt (oops!). Now I've toned it down a bit and have started using a lot more herbs than in my learning stages. Still, I believe butter and salt will probably be the death of me. And I'm ok with that.
