I Always Try to Help People In Need In Which Ever Way Possible
I sold my small 20 unit motel to a 35 year trusted friend. He got it on contract for deed. Well in 3 years he ran my successful motel into the ground. To start out he didnt pay the real estate tax and rented to whomever would ring the bell. The rooms got disgusting real fast and then he started making meth on the property. He was arrested on the property and when I got there the whole place was was ruined. I feel I didnt do anything to deserve this and was hoping someone would help me out. I am retired and a Veteran.
