I did have one .. sort of.

I put some planks of wood in the branches of an old apple tree and loved sitting up there. But it was very insecure and I seem to remember I spent more time falling out the tree than in it!

I would have loved a 'proper' one.

    Sounds like a good plan. Now if we can convince Owl to join in we will be well on our way to having tree houses to visit with friends all over the globe!!

    Tas, I too would love a real tree house! When the kids were little we built a loft in a tree, but I saw one on a garden tour one time that was like a Japanese tea house in a tree. That's my dream!
