I hate looking in the mirror because I hate what I see - an overweight woman in her thirties who has let herself go. It takes me a long time to apply what little makeup I wear due to getting teary-eyed and sometimes bawling like a baby. Then I get dressed, look in the mirror again, and feel so bad that I get pissed and start yelling at myself.
Yes, I am ashamed of what I see in the mirror. Ashamed of how fat and imperfect I am.

    Women are so very hard on themselves.. You know when your husband says he loves your body? Well...he really means it fro the bottom of his heart. He's not just being nice. You are pretty and well spoken. All is well.
