Sudden Realisation ......

I have just found out that two close friends who I used to work with have cancer..... it wouldnt be so bad if I had bothered or taken the time to keep in touch with them but there was always something more important.... MY life.... I am feeling totally crushed and totally selfish. I have always believed in Karma.... treat people as you expect to be treated etc... and I have let myself, and my friends, down.
