My Bowels Are Paralyzed

While I was recovering from surgery Saturday, I discovered I could no longer control my bowels. I'd pooped in 5 pairs of panties before we realized that one of the surgeons must've accidentally snapped the nerve controlling my bowels. I can still feel it when I need to poop, but I can't stop myself from pooping. I am now wearing diapers to contain my poops and I change my own diapers. I will sometimes remain in a poopy diaper.
