i am sorry you feel that way....as if we need religion to guide us into a better life. as an atheist i am quite happy...and, as an atheist, people have tried to convert me, but their attempts to convince me to believe out of fear is just not a good enough reason. in my opinion, if there really is a god, the reason to believe in him must be better than that....i refuse to believe in anyone out of fear.

atheism is not a religion.....some people may treat it like so, but an atheist, plainly put, does not accept the idea of believing in a diety which can not be proven.....no preaching or converting is needed, as is with most religions....<br />

for the definition of born again christian, i am inclined to agree with colormereal....that answer makes the most sense....but the fact that you have a relationship with christ pretty much states that you are a christian.....however, i do agree that it is not always about religion, unless of course, you become a fanatic....which has been known to happen with some born again christians

lol these comments have very little to do with this story.

Being a born again Christian isn't about religion. It is about a relationship with Christ.

I've always understood that you can't be "born Christian". You chose to follow Jesus, you are not simply born this way.
