t was 10 years ago this summer when I got the call. "Your biopsy came back positive for melanoma." What? You've got to be kidding me! But I'm not a sun goddess! How can I get it where the sun doesn't shine? I was just finishing up school and started thinking why? Why finish this if I'm not going to be able to enjoy life and grow old, get married and have a family? I sure am glad I did. Ten years strong and not looking back! Cancer took my mom, grandma, 2 uncles and many friends. It can't have me yet. I'm not ready. I won't be ready for a long, long time!

God Bless you and keep up that wonderful spirit as Colormereal, says we are all strong to have fought the beast called Cancer.. |
