Battlin Back

About 10 months ago they found a cancerous lesion on my tongue. They removed it with a laser knife and ran some tests and sent me in for a CAT scan. They found some lympth nodes on the right side of my throat  invected as well. I ageed surgury was necessary. After a 5 hour operation they removed 1/5 of my tounge and my right side lympth nodes.  It was further advised to undergo radation therapy. After a long week long discussion with the Radiologist and the head of ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) we made the decision to postpone the Radiation until there was clear evidence of cancer. I go into ENT every 6 weeks for a visual and so far so good. Hot Damn.
