Hippies Scared Me Off With Their Stink

I was working for TWS (the wilderness society), co-ordinating their shop, running stalls and stuff. But I felt like I wasn't radical enough, or stinky enough to really be one of them. It felt like no matter what I did it wasn't good enough.  The whole stinky hippy thing really turned me off activism in my local area.

I really care about the environment. Its important to me. It should be freaking important to everyone, ffs, its about the only thing keeping us alive.

But its so hard to get the message across to conservatives, or greedy unsympathetic bastards. And I am so tired of trying.
