I Am A Compulsive Skin Picker #2

I have an obsession with biting my nails and the skin around my fingers til they bleed, or hurt real bad. I CANT STOP PICKING AT MYSELF!!!! My feet are damaged, My fingers are embarrassing, and i always have the tools with me that i use, like pins and tacks. I have no nails, like i mentioned.. so i need tools.. but when i dont have them, i bite at my skin or try to get whats left of my nails under my skin.
