You cant feel anxiety when you only think of your breath clear your mind and think only of breathing in and out. Feel the air as it cools your throat. This ends all anxiety.

No problem I hope this helps, I know this method in a way is frustrating because you have anxiety because of things happening in life and just focusing on your breath seems to be avoiding those problems but sometimes you have to understand you can control your anxiety before you can do something about it. So don't worry about that fear that you are not allowing your anxiety to flow freely. Anxiety is like a rocking chair It gives you something to do but it gets you nowhere.
