What To Wear?

Here is why i am a fashion victim. I have no clue what looks good on me in my current shape and weight. I used to be a big guy, well a big fat guy but I still had a good sense of style. I was one of those fat guys that actually carried his weight well, throw on a suit and tie and I felt like a million dollars. When your 6ft and over 300 lbs, the best look for a man (if he keeps himself well groomed) is what I like calling "The Tony Soprano".
This consits of a lot of slacks, bowling shirts (dark colors), suits that fit well, and shoes with a nice shine on them. I used to work for a Big&Tall so it was easy to find things that suited me and looked good, why so many of my customers lived in shorts, tank tops and flip flops i will never know. But I used to say, "Just cause your carrying an extra metric ton, that does not mean you cant have style.

Now I am 200 lbs. and I have no idea what looks good on me. I am actually slender now and toned, but I do not have the first clue what to do as far as clothing.

I've always heard that people should avoid shirts with horizontal stripes because it accentuates unflattering body fat and plus it makes you look like you're ten.

I love a man in Jeans, a white button up shirt so I can easily take it off, and a black jacket......a leather blazer is sexy.
They also look classy in khaki's.......dressed down or up......you can add a navy suit jacket. Its an expensive looking combo that many men rarely consider.
These young plaid short sleeved button up shirts they are pushing are not becoming in my eyes. I think classic clothing with a couple leather peices look more expensive and makes a man appear confident in who he is.
