Even though I have not had a lot of sexual partners, and I am in a completely monogamus relationship, I cannot help but feel sex has disrupted my past relationships and present long term relationship.

My fiance who is thirteen years older than me, who has a great sex drive, is at the point where I think how much I NEED it is becoming a problem. I mean I almost gave the poor man a heart attack once, we had gone 36 hours just going at it.

This is not a gift its the opposite, having such strong sex drive, is a curse. I feel like my sexualness towards my fiance is annoying to him, well it's annoying to me too.

What is sad is that I have recently taken medication for anxiety and depression, which is supposed to lower your sex drive...well it did the opposite for me.

What is wrong with me?
I hate this.

    Wow, 36 hours... I wish my wife had half of your sex drive :)Anyway don't worry, when you turn 50 your sex drive will decrease below his... in the meantime, I'm sure your fiancé is enjoying that :)But if you don't believe he's enjoying it, you can just ask him... men usually love talking with their partner about sex.

      If you are really sexually addicted you will probably find that your sexual addiction will Not decrease much with age, except as a result of decreasing health. And as far as meds go they and anything that adds toxic load to your system usually increases the drive. Detoxification especially of nerve irritants such as mercury, aluminum and other metals sometimes helps positively. Real sexual addiction is a curse Not fun. Anymore than chronic heroin addiction is fun.

    I can relate to that, I have a strong sex drive also, never been much of a problem, more or less.... I guess some people just have that intense fire burning up inside, some intensity that will show on sex too.
