What I Mean By This

I mean that men and women are equal in value, and should have equal rights.

However, being equal doesn't mean being identical. I believe men and woman are different, in the same way I believe that as a person with Asperger's, I am different from neurotypical people... does that mean I am inferior to neurotypical people? No, it just means I have a different set of abilities and needs, and that my abilities need to be nurtured and encouraged, and my needs cared for.

I think the same goes for men and women.
