I'm A Guy And I Need Feminism Because There Are Too Many Expcetations On Me

I need feminism because

I’m a guy and even after 40 years of feminism it seems we’ve gotten women into the work place and we’ve helped women attain independence but we have failed to shift the expectations away from it ALWAYS being men to make the decisions and be leaders and approach men and indeed ask them out if they are interested. I need feminism because I need female agency to relieve me of the burden of hyperagency.

I think men do have a disproportionate amount of responsibility placed on their shoulders. Now that men and women are, in most senses, given equal treatment, there are still some women unwilling to step up to bat. The same ones that still want 'chivalry' and all that. It's okay to want chivalry, but we can't expect equality in the same deal.
