Exercise Is My 'rush'!...

... without my daily exercise session I'm a lethargic, grumpy mess!  Seriously it's like my coffee - some people need caffeine to function - I have to get the blood pumping through fitness to function!  I try to get in at least 1 to 2 hours a day 6 days a week with a rest day.  I vary my routine between yoga, pilates, weights to running, aerobics, swimming, boxing.  I've also discovered belly dancing - how much fun is that!!??!!
