ya since that ive gone through a lot of **** with her and well i think its finally over
she starts too much drama.

but im better off alone than with her.

Dear Shae,

I hope you are ok.

Imanain.

I hope everything goes good for you. I've lost so many friends I know how you're feeling.

Dear Dear Shae,

I feel miserable hearing about what happened.

Don't hold back the tears. Let them out, it will release most of the anger and shock.

Firstly, it may be that the jealous ex-girlfriend has cooked up a story to try and separate you and Nessa. Is there any way of finding out? Is it feasible to ring up Nessa and ask her directly what happened, quoting the ex-girlfriend's words? I would not advise this, but am just letting you know that it can be done.

Secondly, if what the ex-girlfriend told you is true, then you are better off without Nessa, clearly, and it is better this happened now rather than later when you had invested even more of your heart in her.

Few people in this world are capable of understanding the depth of somebody else's passion, Shae. Do not blame other people for being shallow and cruel. It will only hurt you more if you do.

Have a cry. Then hug your pillow and go to sleep. Later go out for a movie or shopping or spend some time with a gang of friends. Give yourself some time to heal, my friend, but do not brood over this mercenary event. It is not worth it.

Accept the situation as a painful but necessary learning experience. Women by defnition carry the weight of the earth. You have the strength to bear this. As the Bible says, "This too shall pass..."

Remember, even if Nessa was unable to understand your gift or care for your smile, there are hundreds of people in the world -- even strangers like me -- who do! So take heart.

God bless.
