I Like to Feel Healthy

I like eating healthy food because it makes me feel good.  If I eat crap food I feel terrible.  There's no way healthy food is as tasty as junk food, but I spice it up and make it tasty.

When I eat good, clean food I feel full of energy.  Fatty food makes me feel sluggish and sick.

One of the best tips I got is not to eat starchy carbs in the evening.  I eat protein foods and veg.  Maybe some fruit, but no pasta, potato, bread or rice.  I guarantee you will wake up with a flatter stomach and feeling better in the morning.  I was really hungry at first, but my body adapted pretty quickly and now it's second nature.

I exercise too.  You can't be a proper health nut without doing some activity!
