Degrees Of Hermitage

Is that a word? Hermitage? It feels like a word. Well, it's a word now, because my artistic license says clearly on the back that I get to make up words.

Some hermits walk into town every week or so for food and supplies; some have a large larder and walk in once a month. Some socialize smile and talk to people while they're there; some act like they're deaf, mute, and can't read lips or sign language.

The first is typical hermitagism (I think I just did it again. If these aren't already words, than they should have been, and I'm just doing the world a service. You should thank me.) and the second is a recluse.

I'm a recluse.
