Film Making Is My Passion

Ever since I can remember I have loved film. Staying up late watching my dads movies when I was little to creating my own blockbuster at home ad I grew up. I made my dream a reality a few years ago when I enrolled in film school at the art institute. This was the turning point of my life. I went to school at night and on the weekends because I still had a job and a family to provide for. So after a combination of classes at the AI, screenwriting seminars and film making seminars I decided to venture out and take a risk. I assembled a crew and am now working on my first full feature film. Out of the scripts I have written is was the most logical and budget friendly pick. We are in pre production getting ready to launch a Kickstarter campaign. The movie is called The Call Center Artist. Our crew had been truly amazing and with all their talents I have no doubt that we are going to make this a great film. We want to touch people and connect with them on a personal level. This whole process do far has been life changing. Has anyone been involved with film making? If so I would love to hear your story.

Good to hear this. I also finally instantiated my great desire to make films in my 20s. I was in a completely different career, but always had this burning drive to tell visual stories. I studied film at college and was lucky enough to be involved in a few short films. I am strictly an amateur but I am always involved in projects on the technical side. Making films is the only thing that makes me happy in this world. <br />

Best of luck with your production.
