Daily Smoothie

I enjoy smoothies quite a bit. In the morning, my standard is to make the following:

1 cup whole milk
5-6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon of Chia seed
a plain yogurt
2 raw eggs
handful of spinach or a carrot
a fresh mango, apple, pear, orange, or grapefruit

makes for a tasty breakfast that gets me going... I really don't like toast or cereal anymore!
