I walk through life thinking and acting like a superhero. Whenever I see someone who needs help, I feel like it's my duty to get involved and do something. I wonder sometimes why I can't just turn a blind eye like most of the people in the world. Instead, I automatically think how I can fix whatever the problem is.

I once gave money to a woman in the DC area that I only knew for about a week so she could pay for her rent. She then tried to use me paying the rent as some sort of proof that I was a swindler and threatened to come with friends to beat me up. Good thing she didn't know where I lived.

More than once, I've driven through snowstorms and across state to visit gfs who felt lonely and didn't want to be alone.

I've pulled over on the highway and helped stranded motorists.

I once climbed a tree to helped a cat get out of it. LOL I know that sounds so cliche, but it's the total truth. Did that in college.

I'm probably stupid, crazy, and arrogant to think I can fix everything. But I feel like I should try something. Maybe if we all tried something to help someone, we'd fix a lot more problems on our own. *shrugs*

Here's to making the world a better place! Let's go do some good!
