When It Comes To Love...

Everyone says that you have to "be with someone" to be happy. For me thats not true. I dont know how to function in a relationship. I never did. I tried, but it always backfired. Im actually quite outgoing and am very social. But one thing I LOVE is my privacy and seclusion.

Its actually quite nice to have the house to myself with peace and quiet.

One thing I have learned over the years is how to be happy by myself. I think that is the important thing. I live for me and only me and not someone else.

I have realized that love for me is a waste of time. Im just not wired that way. And I dont think its fair to women who want that from me. So rather than lead them on, I keep my distance. Yes I do have my girl friends that I love as friends, but thats as far as it goes. The key is that I do not let anyone in because the minute you let them, you become vulnerable.

Nothing will stop me from achieving what I want to achieve in life. Not even a heartbreak because honestly I do not have time to slow down and feel bad for myself, there is too much to do in the world.

For those of you who found it, congrats. But unfortunately, the cards I was delt did not include love.
