LOL man, the more I learn about you, the more I am amazed with your talent. Hay, I own a 2011 Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab Hemi with a 3.11 final. Considering a Gear Vender aux tranney. It's a gear spliter with two over drives It's a stock 5 speed automatic 4x4 with a manual shift on the colum. Also considering locker boxes on the front axles. My goal is 70 mph at 1500 rpm. It's wickedly fast! And alot of fun to drive. My only complaint, no leaf springs in the rear. I added air lift bags in the rear. It has traction control and maintains itself on hills with a load behind it. Ya and it's full of electronics that makes your head spin.

Ah, an auxiliary transmission. Those are very useful indeed, the capabilities of gear splitting increase speed without taking away stability or causing strippage. Also helps increase potential acceleration, especially on cars with lower rotaries per minute.

Ya, mines geared pretty low. I pull a camping trailor, I can push it around all day without a problem, but on the highway, hitting the tow haul button really sucks, I'm limited to 60 mph and that hemi is just sucking fuel like their is no tomarro. When it changes shift points Its pretty much useless What I have done to get it moving is hit the tow haul button, get it going about 45. Then lockout 5 gear. Then hit the tow haul buton again to turn it off. The the rpm's start to look better. On that gear splitter it puts two more lower gears and one more overdrive. But I know that their are two more intermediate gears that can kick in depending on wich mode your driving. You would never know this unless you have read the manual. I just hope I don't break something.

I've seen my fair share of female mechanics, but your skills are highly impressive. If you were ever to set up shop where I'm from, I'd gladly let you work on my car, or any other vehicle I'd own.

Cars? Hell! I can fix anything that runs on fuel, whether it be a car, truck, van, snowmobile, motorcycle, mountain bike, I even replaced a helicopter engine once! Also, thank you =) it is seldom to find females interested in mechanics, oddly.
