To Be Or Not to Be?

So a few of my older friends are going to SGU in the carribean for med school because they only require 90 credits and it's accredited in all 50 states, and i was thinking about that and i was like hmm interesting i can get done with school faster and not waste my time on gen ed requirements and all of that. But then I was like, do I really want to go the carribean route? I don't know, i'm confused..what should I do??
