I Said Yes!!!! =)

Well, I can't believe I haven't gotten to this sooner, but I definitely have new news!!!! On March 5, Justin proposed to me!

Here's what happened...<3

We were having a nice lunch at Applebee's, and he had mentioned that he needed to go to our church after we were done eating to help the youth minister with something. I thought it was strange, since they don't talk much, but I figured maybe he didn't have anyone else to help that wasn't in school or at work at the time. So I went with it. We went to church and walked in the door..he took my hand and guided me to the chapel and said "Come in here with me for a second..." I was confused, but again, went with it. We walked down the aisle and I asked what we were doing. He just said to hold on..When we got to the front, he took my other hand and faced me.

"This is where we first met, and where our relationship basically began. So, I thought it would be fitting..." He got down on one knee and held up a small black ring box with the most beautiful ring in it.

"Will you marry me?"

I was shocked!!! I said "Are you serious???" Haha..like I said...shocked. He had been saying all week how he was hoping to get the perfect ring one day but he couldn't afford it. Even his mom was asking me to email her with pictures of rings I liked so they'd have an idea of the style I would like when that day came. He said "Yes!" I'm sure he was already a little stressed since he knew it was coming all day, then I said "are you serious?" instead of just saying "yes" so that probably didn't help...lol

"Of course! Yes!! Oh my gosh!! Yes!" I'm pretty sure I said "Oh my gosh" seven thousand more times and "I love you" a million more. Finally, I called my best friend and told her the news. She screamed on the phone for a few minutes then demanded the details. Lol It was a wonderful day!!!

I totally didn't see it coming, but it was wonderful and we are now engaged to be married! We don't have a date yet, but it'll be either after he finishes boot camp and A school while I'm finishing junior college (about a year and a half from now) or after I completely finish college (about three and a half years...). I'm so excited about our future and can't wait for it to get here!!!! =) <3 Anyway, I had to update..even if I'm a couple weeks late. lol :)
