I know exactly how u feel I moved here in vista,ca just after this past thanksgiving I too had a newborn and still have no friends and it does get quite lonely I've gone back to texas as much as possible but I still feel empty and although my 5 month old son keeps me pretty busy I still feel the same. And being a stay at home mom doesn't help much either.

I hope you make some new friends soon! I know it's tough, it took me almost 6 months at our base before I made any real friends. People lead such busy lives that it's really hard to get to know someone. Good luck! :)

Good luck to you on this new adventure. Change is a very scary thing. I wish you luck in finding a great support group locally. This is a great site to find support from others who can relate to what you are going through as well even though many of us are spread throughout the US and the world. Have you been able to find any groups locally to join like parenting/play groups, wives groups or something along that line? I wish you well and hope you are able to find great support from family, friends and other military wives.
