How It Happened...

I have been a Wife for about 3 months now. My husband left for basic training 5 days after we were wed. It's strange how it all came to be, I had a class with him my junior year and the following summer we became friends. Well the following year we hung out together quite a bit more, we ate lunch together everyday, he even drove me home from a football game. Well around a week or so before New Years Eve all of our friends decided to have a New Years Eve party at my house. So happens that his date canceled on him, as did the other friends that were suppose to join up. So it was just me, him, and quite a bit of liquor. After drinking a bit we decided to go sit out by the fire, we started talking and it came out that he "use to like me," well in my slightly drunken state I blurted out that I like him and that was it. That night we missed seeing the ball drop because we were too busy kissing on the tail-gate of truck. The next day we started dating, and 7 months later we got hitched..... it's been one hell of a ride, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
