Meet Xolowe! We caught up with new member xolowe and asked a few fun questions. Get to know your new community member and don't forget to say Hello!
EP: Good afternoon and welcome. Wonderful to have you join us. Let's get started right away. When you are 100 and looking back at your life, what do you want to be able to say?
xolowe: Pleasure to be here. I sure hope people are enjoying this interview. If I ever get the ripe old age of 100, and get to look back on my life, I just want to say that i lived my life the way I wanted. No one was there to dictate what I was doing at any giving time. (save for working of course)
EP: That was so interesting, I almost lost my place in the question deck. What is the best advice you have ever received? Who gave it to you?
xolowe: Funny that you ask. The best advice anyone ever gave me was that forgiveness is the most selfless thing anyone could do. My father told me that regarding not only my mother but also my boyfriend of 5 years at the time. My father didn't like many of the guys that my sister and I brought home. Infact it took him nearly 2 years to even warm up to "Steve". But since Steve stuck around and loved me more than my own father did my dad finally came around to him. My dad told me that everyone makes mistakes and cant think right when they in turn feel used and abused.
EP: Intriguing answer. If you had the chance where you could do anything you wanted, with money being no ob
xolowe: Tough one. If I could anything I wanted i think that i would have to say is travel for the rest of my life. I'm pretty sure you see alot of people say that. But really i would love to travel all the known ancient sights. Maybe even study them if i could. I love historty and believe that we can learn more from history than most people think.
EP: Well put! I couldn't have said it better myself. Well, that concludes our up close and personal interview with xolowe . Stay tuned readers, for our next New Member Interview.
