LoneFish: Pleasure to be here. Funny that you ask. snowboarding, rock climbing, MMA training, surf boarding, i want to travel, experience different cultures, and a lot more!

EP: You are a bit mysterious, aren't you. What is the best advice you have ever received? Who gave it to you?


LoneFish: Let me think about that one for a second. every time you say anything negative about yourself say two things positive out loud. myself.
