Meet Drownedmermaid!

We caught up with new member DrownedMermaid and asked a few fun questions. Get to know your new community member and don't forget to say Hello!

EP: Good afternoon and welcome. Wonderful to have you join us. Let's get started right away. What is the best advice you have ever received? Who gave it to you?

DrownedMermaid: Pleasure to be here. Always happy to answer that. " You can be whoever and whatever you want to be" , advice given to me by a teacher when i was in primary school. It was written in a little book I'd let friends and other people i liked write into ( which, at that time, included teachers o.O ) and whenever I feel like I should change just to make other people happy, or when I feel like what I want is impossible anyways, then I read that and it reminds me that everything is possible.

EP: You are so charismatic. If you could change one thing about your life, what would you change?

DrownedMermaid: I'm amused. I would like to be more independent and less anxious, cause that would change a lot in my life. I'm missing out on many things because I'm too shy and not daring enough and I depend too much on others to get anything done. There are sooo many thing I'd like to do which I haven't done due to anxiety yet..so that's definitely what has to change.

EP: Wow. What activity have you always wanted to try, but haven't yet? Why?

DrownedMermaid: I sure hope people are enjoying this interview. As I said above there are many things I've always wanted to do.. see the world, meet new people..but none of that is really an activity, so... I'd like to go fishing! Yes, I know how boring that sounds, but I've never been fishing in my life. I guess I could do that like right now, but I have nobody who is willing to go with me and I guess it'd be very boring all alone. As a child I always wanted to try bungee jumping, but I'm not too sure if I really want to try that anymore..maybe one day .

EP: Excellent. What compelling insights you've given us. Well, that concludes our up close and personal interview with DrownedMermaid . Stay tuned readers, for our next New Member Interview.
