Surfergurlsam20: I like how you think. MLK jr.

You are doing incredible things and have fascinating insights. I admired your choices. I am also new, however disabled and as of a few months ago am totally alone. Wish I could do 1/2 of what you do. Your tribute and gift of self is commendable at the least. My family was Navy, WW1,WW2 (M0m) - nurse anesthetist on hosp. ship in Pacific, matter of fact 1st into Nagasaki after bomb, harrowing tales there and all pow's from Bataan. Cousin 1st commanderon maiden nuclear sub run. Found out daughter born 2 months early once surfaced. Other side Army, Marines. You shame all who can and don't give back. Loved Amelia's quote, grew up in N.Y. suburb close to her home. Town erected her monument. Memories of home, now in Fl. wish I was back. Welcome, hope I didn't bore you and you'll keep in touch. lone1
