...There is nothing interesting about the day but when the clock hits midnight my body just wakes up.It's a natural instinct to stay up.I sleep maybe 3-6 hours at the most.Throughout the day however I just get by.It is really calming just having the house be so quiet.Just listening to the silence makes me feel better.

You sound a lot like me! I'm also a night owl and I get usually 5 or 6 hours of sleep during the week days because I don't go to bed until usually 1:30 in the morning. It is nice having everything be dark and quiet and peaceful at night. I agree with you completely!

I usually go to bed about 4:00 a.m. and get up at 11:30. I actually sleep better when it's light out.
