Refreshing Spring is giving some good counsel there! :) Much grace as you trust God in this.

My dad was an elder and I heard him encourage the pastor time after time to remember that his family came after GOD, but BEFORE his ministry. I'm sure your husband wants to make a good impression and wants to do all things well for GOD'S glory and the edification of the saints, but if you feel he has no time for you then this needs to change! I suggest that you speak with your husband. If need be, call him at the church office and ask him to schedule you in for a talk. Let him know, without nagging, that this is something you need to seriously discuss, and sit down and talk to your love. Let him know how you feel and work together to help him manage his schedule better. Encourage him to do as Moses did and appoint other members of the church to look after some menial things that consume his time, but can easily be done by others. With prayer and open communication you will be able to work this out. Much love to you, my sister and may the LORD bless you today and every day!

I know you will be fine as soon you settled and make new friends.....I guess its part of being in the ministry to move where you are called......cheer up!
