PASTRY CHEF RAMBO

THREE AND A HALF YEARS AGO I WAS A PASTRY CHEF AT A RESTAURANT IN CHADDS FORD CALLED THE GABLES WITH A GROUP OF FREINDS I LIKE TO CALL THE CLIQUE. I RESIGNED FROM THAT JOB FOR PERSONAL REASONS. I TOOK A JOB AT THE FOUR DOGS TAVERN AS A PASTRY CHEF; HOWEVER, MY BOSS (THE HEAD CHEF) DECIDED HE VALUED ME MORE AS A LINE COOK. SO THATS WHAT I'VE BEEN DOING FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS. I CURRANTLY WORK AT THE WHIP AS LINE COOK. I LIKE IT THERE AND I'M NOT PLANNING ON LEAVING. BUT I WILL BE DOING SOME HOURS AT THE BUTTERFISH (OWNED BY THE SPENCE CAFE) AS I JOIN THE CLIQUE ONCE AGAIN TO BAKE ALL BREADS AND DESSERTS FOR BOTH BUTTERFISH AND SPENCE. I AM REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THIS.
