Help Needed?

Okay so a few nights ago i woke up with this really weird claw mark looking scratch on my arm. My friend whose a druid said it was probably self inflicted but its on almost the back of my arm. plus it only bearly broke the skin in to tiny places yet the whole thing scared... im a little freaked out so if anyone could help id appreciate it.     Sometimes I wake up with scratches, cuts, and/or bruises. One time, I noticed this small but a little deep cut on the back of my leg. No idea how it got there. It had already dried but I think it left a scar…and when I noticed it, I was laying on my stomache so it would be kinda hard for me to get cut and not notice it.

      Just about a month or so ago, I noticed this big scar across my elbow. No idea where it came from. I have scars all over my body...Ive even got a couple burn scars( yes I know where they came from. ) Bout around 7 or more…
