Yesterday when we were in the car my ears shifted twice for an whole hour and I was in the back holding onto them from the pain and the next day my friend stuffed snow in my hoody and a randomly punched her but not so hard could anyone help me pls

      So when someone says they have pain in their ear what do you do? Tell them it's normal? You're going to get someone hurt.

      BUT Calorie might be right. Go to a docter first get it ruled out incase it is something medical. If all that gets checked then look to the metaphysical.
