Bring On The First 5k

I just signed up for my first 5k and i couldn't be more proud of myself! The run is in Sacramento first Saturday of June to raise money and awareness for women's health concerns- sponsored by Kaiser. Anyone else joining?

    I only joined one race, it was a sprint triathlon. It was a lot of fun and I want to do a 5K soon, just trying to get past a slight knee issue right now.



    Have fun with the race. Have you been running long?
